Thug Weather Center 1 Special Update
We are ON for Saturday, Sept 5th! (9:00AM to 11:00 AM) Gates for Drivers open at 8:00AM. Weather is looking good in the AM!
All right y’all as promised the Weather Team came through and locked in a forecast and the Nakatomi deal. We are on for tomorrow, Saturday, Sept 5th. It was a tight call, but the Thug Weather Center 1 team was up all night and plans to pull a double again today. I really hope we have enough petty cash for all that Jolt they are going to go through. In a weird turn and possible life-threatening decision, they have taken a liking to Moon Pies and now have us a little concerned about their overall health. Anyway, they are saying there is a 5-7% chance of rain in the area, with thunderstorms rolling in during the afternoon. We won’t be surprised if a few of y’all get a few drops, especially if you are on the east side.
Thank you all for your patience as we took a bit of extra time triple-checking so we can maximize the days this time of year as we are winding down the season. Going to be a normal day, no mini theme planned, unless y’all inspire us. Gates open at 8 AM; the line usually starts around 7:30-ish.
Quick recap: We are rolling the dice because the forecast is nice. We have checked our apps thrice, and it still shows nice. We really hope Mother Nature doesn’t add any spice. Not sure if this qualifies as poetry or not, but hey, it was fun to type. See all y’all Saturday, Sept 5th Yes, we are on!
