We have a new rule!

We’re on for Saturday and we’re getting into the last few weeks of E@RTC. We probably have only four Saturdays left, along with British Car Day before we end our season. We say only four because this is when we begin to get rained out more frequently. September is often a great month, but when the rains start, then tend to keep going.

We don’t like making rules, and we have a rule that we don’t make a rule, unless we rule that it’s necessary to create a rule. So, we have a new rule! The new rule is we’re not letting cars through the entrance after 10:00 AM. Yeaaaa! You sleep late, you’re not getting in.

We want everyone to enjoy the event, and not have to weave your ass through a group of spectators. Showing up that late to E@RTC is like showing up late at a party with a shitty casserole.

Besides, we want our volunteers to have a good time too and it’s not fun when someone shows up late and we need ten people to coordinate their arrival. Don’t be surprised if we move this rule to a time even earlier. It becomes a safety issue as well.
