British Car Day Saturday!
Yes, your four favorite words—besides "it's not my blood"—will be this coming Saturday, September 16, at E@RTC! It will be a beautiful Saturday morning, so what more could you wish for? Don't answer that. Some of you can get weird. We mean it.
This is a big event and the last time we'll use the entire center section, side streets, and main lots for the season. This is the day we turn it up to 11 for British cars that meet our usual show criteria. This has always been a favorite of mine because, for some reason, British car owners are especially nice people!
We're also going to see a few British race cars for the event that you won't want to miss, especially the famous race car driven by Prince Bira of Siam, the E.R.A. “Romulus.” The history of this car is remarkable.
The weather is going to be beautiful, right along with the people. It's probably the last Saturday with temps near 80—perfect for thongs. The other kind.
All makes of cars are still welcome that fit our criteria, as found on our criteria page. If you can't determine whether your car is right for E@RTC, check there first, and if you can't find an answer, just write to us. We have better customer service than Starlink! We're 100x Comcast-quality customer support.
After the 16th, we only have a few more Saturdays remaining in the season, and we stop when we're rained out and see that the following week is rained out as well. Sort of when it starts to rain until May. When we get into October, it starts to get cold in the morning, and some people start to get grumpy just standing there talking about cars. They begin to think about the things they need to caulk before winter.
We hope you don't miss this event. It's a big one! Calk on Sunday.
