Wow! It’s another exciting…
…Saturday of exotics and rare cars! We are on for Saturday, August 3 in our usual lots, and it will be another beautiful morning. We are working on fine-tuning our guide for cars for next week’s first attempt at a Retro Day.
Cars still have to meet our criteria page, but the cars that get to park in the mall center are those that also fit that special time period of the 80s and 90s. You also get to dress the part and pull some of those old clothes out of your closet, like that pink leather jacket you thought was so cool that you couldn’t part with it, dreaming that someday you could wear it again. However, now you’re about 50 pounds too big. Squeeze it on anyway. So what if you look like a neon love glove?
Keep in mind, that all cars that are normally qualified are still welcome. It’s just that we showcase this list in the center of the mall and along 164th.

This Saturday will actually be our last corner-lot-only show for the next few weeks. After Retro Day, we’re on for an invisible show you will want to miss, while we’re off to Monterey instead. Don’t confuse the two. Then we’re back to our regular lots on August 24. By then you will miss us terribly and will say things you don’t really mean just because you’re happy to see us.
We only have one remaining theme day in September, and then the season starts to slow down for the year. We wrap up the season around the end of September or whenever we see the rains start up, or when we’re all sick of each other and are tired of hearing the same stories about what happened to your mom last night. We were all there.
