We’re on for…
…Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 9–11 AM in our usual lots. If you’re from Fresno, that means the corner of Redmond Town Center. Yes, that one. This is going to be an interesting day, with clouds overhead and rain much later, well after you’ve tucked your car into bed with its binky.
The best thing about Saturday is that cloudy days bring out the serious photographers who prefer soft light. Add in a perfect 76 degrees, and it’s going to be a beautiful day. Summer may be winding down, but late August and September are some of the best weeks we get.
You’ve only got about a month left to come out and meet that special someone, and no, I don’t mean a mechanic (though they can be pretty special too—shout out to Josh and Myron). “Josh and Myrons” sounds like really good ice cream.
We’ve received a list of suggestions to improve E@RTC, so we’ll be putting together a survey to hear what you like, don’t like, and what changes you’d like to see. Our biggest challenge has always been not having enough arms and legs to both staff the event and handle all the behind-the-scenes work that makes such a difference. We love it when you write us with ideas—even the occasional howler. The goal is always to be better. We’re always looking for help too.
There are a lot more car shows to attend these days, but when we started there really weren’t any. A few popped up but faded quickly. As far as we know, we’re still the only continuous weekly show in the nation to run this long. We’re talking about bringing back more of what once made us stand out, and you’ll see those changes soon.
