It’s Looking Like We’re…
…on for another exciting day of Exotics at Redmond Town Center this Saturday in our usual corner from 9–11 AM. It’s going to be a beautiful day, and it won’t be long before winter sets in and you’re all craving soup.
We had a meeting Wednesday night to discuss potential future improvements for E@RTC. There was lots of debate about what should or shouldn’t happen and why. One Thug thinks I pick on Fresno way too much. He was mad about it and said he’s asked too much about Fresno. I have no idea if he’s ever been to Fresno. I’ll stop picking on Fresno when a few of you write to me about it. How’s that?
What we really need from all of you, besides a really good pizza, is some feedback about E@RTC. There were lots of thoughts thrown out in the meeting, but we don’t know what is and isn’t a projection versus something else. We’d love to hear from you directly, so please, please, please write us and give us your honest feedback, good and bad, about what you love or hate about E@RTC. We want to get it right. Like Dr. Phil says, if you misdiagnose the patient, you mistreat the patient, and that’s how you end up missing a leg when it was just the dentist. So, with that said, please write us on our contact page, but use your real email. We will keep it all confidential, except if it’s super funny. We want to get it right, so don’t stack the deck with multiple emails.
We’ve always wanted to create the best possible show, but after sixteen years and now into our seventeenth season, we want to know more about you. Some of us are now old and crusty, and we just want to get it right. Maybe it’s the bunions the size of a melon that keep you away. The more thoughts you have, including how long you’ve attended, who pisses you off and why, the better. Please pass this along to anyone who attends but doesn’t normally read our blog or show up anymore. We will do a survey in our off-season, but it would help us with our planning if we know more about where you stand, or sit. Don’t be afraid to rip us a new one. We won’t post your comment or start a rumor about your mom. We just want to know what you really think. It’s not like we’re asking you to donate a spleen. We really do want to hear from you.
If you once attended then stopped, tell us why. If you’re a regular and you love the show, tell us why. If you live in Fresno, tell us why. You get the point.
Oh, one other thing. Next week is British Car Day, on September 20th, but we also have the SSC Tuatara coming on that same day, and it will be in Center Court. It was the only day we could get the car all season because of logistics, so given that it’s a Washington State company, and you want to see the car, we want to show them love on the only day it could possibly happen. Let’s not turn this into a British-US thing. We had no great choice, and we know you all want to see it anyway. More on that as we roll into next week.
